Maker story

Karen Weaving Traditions

A working route into loom-made cloth, natural dye, and the questions brands should ask before textile sampling.

What matters

The value is in the hand tension, the rhythm of the loom, and the maker's knowledge of fibre and pattern. We avoid turning community identity into decoration.

What we document

Maker consent, location, technique, fibre, dye process, time to make, sample feasibility, and whether the route can be described without flattening its origin.
