These draft terms are a placeholder for legal review. They describe Khonmade as a sourcing and sample-development studio, not as a manufacturer of record unless separately agreed in writing.

Services

Khonmade may provide brief review, route research, sample coordination, production communication, quality checklist support, packaging coordination, and export preparation support.

Payments

Route Memo and Sample Sprint fees are paid before work begins. Production orders, shipping, duties, and third-party costs are quoted separately unless stated otherwise.

Samples and production

Handmade and small-batch objects may include normal material and finish variation. Production specifications should be confirmed in writing before purchase orders are placed.
